Weakness & less immunity post fever

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Severe headache frequently is a very old problem, frequent user of combiflam due to this. Had suffered from high fever in previous month and no severe problem found from pathology diagnosis, taken cefexim and paracetamol after consultation, but now feeling weakness and internal fever with lower immunity and not feeling healthy but fever not being captured on thermometer.

please do vitamin b12, calcium,serum ferritin and vitamin d test. internal fever and weakness should be due to deficiency of above parameters. your calorie intake and water intake should be low as compared to your body demand, please correct it.
