Hi, low B12 and vitamin D levels like this can cause weakness, muscle issues and low energy, especially with stress.
Injections could be a good option since swallowing is difficult.
Rest, hydration and light food help in the meantime.
Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Your levels are critically low â B12 at 148 and Vitamin D at 6 are both severe deficiencies, and the symptoms you describe (facial muscle movements, difficulty walking straight, extreme weakness, depression, and frequent illness) are all direct consequences of these deficiencies affecting your nervous system and immunity. This needs urgent treatment. Since you cannot swallow tablets, B12 injections (Methylcobalamin) are the ideal route and are very effective â they bypass the need to swallow anything. Vitamin D can also be given as an injection or oral liquid drops.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo urgently â I can prescribe injectable B12 and liquid Vitamin D that do not require swallowing tablets, and this needs to start as soon as possible.
