The blood tests show an increase in cholesterol and triglycerides. But it's unlikely related to his symptoms directly. It could be systemic or psychological.Do consult a physician in your area, then a suspecialist if needed
First of all for the above described symptoms its better to rule out thyroid disorder, Anaemia, even evaluate for stress and psychological evaluation of the patient. If the blood test us done without fasting or in the evening post meals triglycerides can be falsely high. Given the cholesterol levels better to give proper personal dietary and family history to assess risk of cardiac condition
Next Steps
get routine blood tests cbc lft kft
avoid oily food smoking alcohol
make lifestyle changes
Health Tips
for cardiac evaluation get Hscrp and if any swelling oedema in legs kindly get 2decho
Your blood report shows very high triglycerides (478 mg/dL) and high total cholesterol (275 mg/dL). This condition is called severe hypertriglyceridemia, which can cause fatigue and may increase the risk of pancreatitis and heart disease if untreated.
Next Steps
Need to take cbc,ESR,CRP,rft,thyroid profile
Start Tab. Fenofibrate 160 mg once daily after dinner.
Also take Tab. Atorvastatin 10 mg once daily at night to control cholesterol.
Repeat fasting lipid profile and liver function test after 6–8 weeks.
Health Tips
Avoid alcohol, sugary foods, refined carbohydrates, fried food, and excess rice or sweets, as these can significantly increase triglycerides
Follow regular exercise, weight control, and a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fish, which helps improve lipid levels.

A 35-year-old male with 1 month of loss of appetite, lethargy, and low motivation to work, with normal BP (120/80 mmHg) and normal ECG, suggests that the symptoms are more likely systemic or metabolic rather than cardiac.
Common possibilities in such cases include:
• Nutritional deficiencies (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron deficiency)
• Thyroid dysfunction (especially hypothyroidism)
• Post-viral fatigue syndrome
• Mild depression or burnout
• Liver or metabolic disturbances
• Poor sleep or stress-related fatigue
Since the symptoms have persisted for about a month, they should not be ignored. The blood report values are important to interpret the exact cause, because many such symptoms are revealed through abnormalities like anemia, thyroid imbalance, or vitamin deficiency.
Next Steps
I recommend the following approach:
1. Review the blood report carefully for:
• Hemoglobin (Hb) – to rule out anemia
• Thyroid profile (TSH)
• Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D
• Liver function tests
• Blood sugar levels
2. Lifestyle evaluation
• Sleep duration and quality
• Work stress or mental burnout
• Recent infections or weight loss
3. If not already done, consider these tests:
• CBC
• TSH
• Vitamin B12
• Vitamin D
• Liver function test
If any deficiency or imbalance is detected, targeted treatment usually improves symptoms significantly within a few weeks.
Health Tips
• Maintain regular meals even if appetite is low (small frequent meals help).
• Include protein-rich foods (eggs, paneer, dal, nuts).
• Ensure 7–8 hours of sleep daily.
• Spend 20–30 minutes in sunlight for Vitamin D.
• Gentle physical activity or walking often improves appetite and energy levels.
• Avoid excessive caffeine and late-night screen exposure.
If you can upload or share the blood report values, I can interpret them precisely and guide you further. An online consultation can also help correlate the lab results with symptoms and start appropriate treatment early.
