Weakness,abdominal pain and other

Asked for Male, 23 Years

23 M Fatigue for the past one week. Mild pain in body. No fever recorded, however the oral temperature briefly spiked to 99.1 F once. Occasional abdominal pain. Stool not watery, not entirely solid either. Colour varies from normal to black. Have to go multiple times a day. Suffered from Dengue last year. On Paroxetine for 3 yrs. No other history
