Hi, i am 29 yrs male having hypothyroid and i am energetic and ideal weight. But i want to lose some belly fat, so thought to avoid rice and eat only chapati for lunch and dinner. Tried for 2 days, on the 3rd day my legs became so weak that i couldn't stand for few minutes. If i eat rice it is all ok. What may be the reason, please help me.
