Weak , diziness sweating in palms ,feet
Feeling weak mostly in legs and other parts of body , little drowsy or dizzy for couple of days. Pain in body sometimes mostly legs , neck and shoulders. Today after eating lunch , I took one zincovit tablet , after that not much improvement but plams and feet are little cold and sweating . Normally my PR is around 75-80 in rest position while sitting, now PR is also increased to 90-95 in sitting position. BP - 114/81 Blood Sugar - 120 after lunch. Please guide me what can be its cause ?
