Weak and acidity with female problem

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My wife is too weak. Often vomit during period. When takes vitamins, she feels ok but when leave medicine...she feels weak again. Also her breasts leak some white liquid when I pressed her breasts. Please help and give a permanent solution. Also she is under weight and has low blood pressure. Her diet is very poor and equal to a 5 years old baby.
