Warts popping up on body

Asked for Male, 15 Years

I'm a male, 15 years old. I've had the HPV vaccine 2 years ago but now small warts are appearing on my arms, shoulders and face. I've had a few burnt by the dermatologist but they grow back. Some have grown very big. Please tell me what I can do about it. I can't go to the doctors a lot because of school. The prescribed medication is affecting the warts at all, even the salicylic acid.
