Getting itchy with burning pops on body

Hello Doctor.. This is Pramod from Malta. I'm an Indian 26 years old Here the daily weather would be 15°C.. I have been observing from 1 month, when I was trying to do some hard works like lifting gas cylinder or Walking more than 2 km or carrying heavy stuff (groceries), my body getting itchy and burns with small pops like pimples.. Today (20 Feb) Tuesday I carried one 12 Kg cylinder to home while walking to home with that I got itchy with pops on all over body and feeling itchy

Fungal infection.. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity..
