Want to loose weight
I am 85kgs currently and have a lot of fat around belly and love handles. My height is 6'. Am a vegetarian and dont smoke or drink. Kindly suggest a meal plan to loose weight and an exercise plan of about 30-40 mins a day.

Hi, You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains good quality protein like dahi, paneer, soyabean, sprouts , etc and more fruits , vegetables and complex carbohydrates. Do different kinds of exercises which will help you to burn fat. Drink 3 litre water per day and avoid fast and processed food.

You need to take a high fiber and high protein diet. Avoid junk food. Have lots of fluids in a day. Take whole foods like wheat flour, whole pulses, oats, lots of fruits and vegetables. Restrict fats intake.

U eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Walnuts,almonds,raisins,figs,dates are good. Substitute millets for rice,wheat. Avoid fastfoods,preserved foods,oily foods,nonveg Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Walk,jog,exercise,run,swim,yoga,everyday for two hrs. Sleep for min.six hrs everyday.
