Breakfast- 250ml skimmed milk, lunch- 1bowl of dal(slightly fried with 1 tbsp olive oil and cumin), one dry sabzi(not daily, mainly made up of cabbage, carrots in olive oil) and two chapatis and 250ml buttermilk, evening-1apple. dinner- similar to lunch, I replace one chapatti with 25gm paneer. workout - 6 days a week
