Hello. I understand that you can't have an organised way to eat your meals everyday after delivery. Your commitment to eat every meal healthy will help you to lose weight. Keep these steps in mind- 1. Protein in every meal. 2. Low fat food. 3. Variety in fruits and vegetables 4. Simple home cooked food 5. Don't try very different plan from your eating habits 6. Cut down sugar 7. Exercise - in-door or out-door These are long term commitments and will help you to lose weight. You can contact me personally to discuss your eating habits and to design a plan as per your habits and routine. Regards
