Vitamins and catarac issues
Age 45 years Male Had Vit d3 & B12 defincy was 8 & 196 earlier now 70 & was 387 now 278 so am on 60kd3 n 1500mcg b12 tabs.had bp issues also and posterior subcapsular cataract is it bcoz of this. And what is proper doses weekly or monthly good.
