**Dear Patient,** While Vitamin B12 and D3 supplements are commonly prescribed for deficiencies, the need for additional Vitamin K and magnesium depends on several factors: 1. Your current deficiency levels (as shown in recent lab reports) 2. Your dietary intake of these nutrients 3. Any underlying health conditionsthat might affect absorption 4. Potential interactionsbetween supplements Vitamin K works synergistically with Vitamin D for bone health, while magnesium is crucial for Vitamin D metabolism. However, self-supplementation without proper testing can lead to imbalances. I recommend: - Getting your serum magnesium and Vitamin K levels checked - A personalized supplementation plan based on your test results - Monitoring for anyside effects or interactions For proper evaluation and dosage guidance, please schedule a consultation. You may contact me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** for further assistance.

Why don’t you consume nuts, dates and other dry foods. Soy products (milk, flour, tofu) Legumes and seeds Nuts (almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts) Peanuts and peanut butter Whole grain breads and cereals (brown rice, millet) Fruit (bananas, dried apricots, etc.) Vegetables, particularly dark green, leafy vegetables (artichokes, chard, beet greens, avocados, etc.) Dried beans (lima, black-eyed peas, navy). This all contains magnesium. To increase your vitamin K intake, focus on incorporating plenty of dark, leafy green vegetables like kale, spinach, collard greens, and turnip greens, as well as foods like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and natto (fermented soybeans). Thank you this are the dietary guidelines
Next Steps
Eat meat for b12 and milk for calcium.
