I am not the right person to prescribe the supplements but yeah you should check your levels first and then meet an expert and get the dosage from them.
The supplement amount really depends on the levels of your Vitamin D3 and calcium.
You can surely cover your calcium levels through the healthy high calcium diet also But yeah If Vitamin D3 levels are low you have to take a supplement.
