B12 can be managed with diet add on fermented foods and B12 rich foods.
For vit D start taking Uprise or S Rise 60 K every 5th day for 3 months.

Vit B managed by diet add in diet organ meat , green leafy, sprouts, probiotics curd , buttermilk, fortified cereal and nutritional yeast spread on salads
For vitamin D
Take sunbath daily 15-20 min before 11:00 am
Add in diet eggs, oily fish , fortified breakfast cereals, UV exposed mushrooms
For supplements:
Uprise or cholecalciferol 60K weekly once after breakfast with milk or healthy fats for better absorption

First try to improve your vitamin d and b12 levels by having vit d shot once a week or next 8 weeks and for vit b12 start taking Mecofol tablet for next 3 months, 45 mins after your meal.
If you don't have any other vitamin deficiency you can avoid having fourts b tablets.
