Hello my vitamin d levels are 8.78 ng/Ml and vitamin b12 level are 205 pg/Ml. I am facing some symptoms like leg pain arm pain and sleep issues. Are these levels deficiency indicators? If so can anyone suggest multivitamin tablet for the same and recovery time.

Vitamin D level is quite low. Vitamin B12 is on the lower end, but the value would vary lab to lab. Please consult a doctor for supplements, so that they can factor your medical history too. Besides that try the following: 1. Get 10-15 minutes of sunlight everyday. 2. If you eat animal foods, include Vitamin D rich foods like egg yolk (along with whites, once a day- assuming your cholesterol levels are normal) and fish. 3. For Vitamin B12 include eggs, milk, chicken and fish. Sleep issues along with these deficiencies might indicate a gut health issue. But I don’t have all the details, therefore it is hard to say. Go for a 15-20 minute walk after dinner. Avoid screen time 30 minutes before going to sleep.
Next Steps
Please consult a doctor immediately for supplements.
