As a new mother it is very important to focus on overall nourishment through food which can significantly improve your energy levels, skin health, and general well-being. Just relying on supplements will not help much. Here is what you can include in your diet: - Include complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, millets, quinoa, brown rice, and oats which will keep your energy levels steady. - Since you are allergic to nuts and paneer you can consume other protein rich foods such as lentils, eggs, fish and lean chicken which will help in effective weight management. - Healthy fats such as oilseeds, avocados and groundnut oil will help support skin hydration and hormonal balance. - Include more vitamin A and E rich foods such as carrots, pumpkin, spinach, and sunflower seeds for skin repair and glow. - Involve in atleast 40-60 minutes of physical activity to manage your weight and get a healthy skin glow. - Stay well hydrated and aim for atleast 7- 8 hours of sleep which will help maintain hormonal balance.

It sounds like you are looking to boost your overall energy and skin health, which is quite common for young mothers. Many women in their 30s feel low on energy due to work stress, sleep deprivation, and nutritional gaps after childbirth. The key nutrients to focus on are B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, calcium, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. These support metabolism, energy, and healthy skin and hair. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, eggs, and fish will cover most needs, and a simple daily multivitamin can help fill small gaps. For protein, since you eat non-vegetarian food and are allergic to nuts and paneer, you can choose a plain whey protein isolate or an egg protein powder. Both are safe and effective sources of high-quality protein when taken once daily after breakfast or exercise. If you wish, you can book an online consultation with me on Practo and we can discuss this in detail.
