Vitamin deficiency
Am mother of 2.8 yrs old kid and still breastfeeding.I have taken iron and calcium supplements post delivery for 3 months only.I feel body pain and back ache nowdays. Due to Breastfeed, my body may get affect? Is it possible to take vitamin deficiency test in lab? How to take it ? What is the test name?

Yea you can. The normal recommended daily allowance in pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers is higher than normal. You can take upto 1500 mg of calcium everyday. But the precaution is you have to drink alot of water to stay hydrated.
