Depending upon the severity of deficiency she may need either B12 injection or oral supplement. If taking oral, Nurokind-plus RF capsule once a day is recommended. Increase intake of nutritional yeast, dairy products and mushrooms can also help overcome deficiency.
Health Tips
Note that if patient is taking metformin for Diabetes, it can be responsible for B12 deficiency. Consultation is required.
