Don't worry dear we humans are made by creator to live on streets/jungle with adequate 12 hours sunlight but we all are stuck inside rooms ,barely getting an hour of sunlight. Nearly 100 percent people have low vit D. Even all doctors here . 😂 Best treatment is sunlight And take Vit D 60k IU once weekly for 2 months . Then once monthy for next 4 months. Get vit D checked again after 6 months.
