Vitamin d3 low
I have tested my vitamin d total to be 8.6 . After that I am taking 1000iu vitamin d3 from last one month. What to do next? Should I continue with 2000 iu/day?

The dosage you r taking is too less so better take 6 lac unit either orally or by injection. Then u can maintain it by taking proper sunlight

Hi Such a low vit d level won't be corrected with these amount of supplements. You need to take injectable form 6 lac unit or oral supplements  in 60k unit.

Consult with physician. According to your recent level (8.6) 1000IU doesn't helps you .Better to take appropriate dosage as per physician.
