Vitamin D through sunlight
Kindly advise the best time which gives more  vitamin D through sunlight, whether morning (7-10 am) or later (10 am to 3pm).

It was told that 7 am to 10 am is better for Vitamin D.. but recent studies say that 10 am to 3pm is best. But during 10am to 3pm it is harsh Sun. Many people can't deal with it. So for such people 7 am to 10 am is best.
