Can someone suggest a safe vitamin d tablet to be taken as maintenance dose
My wife was vitamin d deficient (14)
She took aiwo d3 60000IU once a week for 3 months and her level reached 64.
She didnt took any maintenance dose and now she have started experiencing both arm weakness again.
So can someone suggest a safe vitamin d tablet to be taken as maintenance dose and also how to take it.
