Vitamin D levels
My vitamin D3 levels are 13.8 ng/ml.Doctor recommended 60k d3 for 8 weeks.I am also taking multivitamin which  contain 100 mg calcium. Is it allowed to take d3 60k with calcium?Should i stop taking multivitamin until I am taking D3?I am afraid if 60 k D3 with calcium can cause calcium to deposit in arteries or kidneys. How much calcium can safely be taken with weekly D3 60k or daily 7000IU D3?

You can safely take calcium along with vit d3 as both works together and many calcium preparations contain good amount of vitamin d too. 60k once a week is a recommended dose of vit d for 8 weeks so stick with it and you can continue your multivitamin..upto 1000mg calcium can be taken
