Vitamin D is very high

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I had vit b 12 & vit d deficiency 3 months ago. Doctor advised me take vit d injection 6l per week for six weeks. & Tablet for b12. & now Latest test report is vit 12 is 270 & vit d is 590 Very high vitamin d is dangerous? I am worried.
