I have vitamin D total (25 hydroxy cholecalciferol) 20.4. Do gave medicine RD D3. Is this vitamin d normal or low?

For 31yrs female, if you have enough sun exposure, then you will have normal vitamin D levels. This is borderline so did not worry much. Just get enough sun exposure daily morning and check your vitamin D after three months. You can also exercise daily in morning sun which may help further.

It's low, there is a risk of bone fracture.  U might feel too much tiredness without doing anything, lethargic.  That's symptoms u might be suffering,  there are lot more.  Take these medicine along with this u need 1 medicine extra and some recommendation otherwise medicine only will not help.text me or consult me will help u deal better.  Take care
