Vitamin D and B12 deficiency
I feel I am having vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency. I feel my bones are getting waek because it making a Crack sound whenever I bend.. Nor bend also I am getting bone Crack sound. Feeling tired whole day.. I used to take d3rise and CCM tablet for couple of weeks but no improvement. Now planning for fresh start to reduce the deficiency. Please help me with the right approach how can overcome to this. Thanks!!

How low?..need a report.. If severe, u need injections... If there is a deficiency? Plus u need to check calcium levels also...do not neglect...have a consultation
