I have gone through an article which concludes taking higher amount of vitamin B6 upto 100 grams per day can reduce anxiety and stress.. If so can i take 100 mg daily

Good afternoon sir, Vitamin B-6 is needed for proper function of sugar, fats and protein in the body. It’s also necessary for development of brain, nerves , skin , and many others parts of body . It’s found in cereals, legumes, and eggs . Take vitamin B-6 - 100 milligrams per day for about a month.- reported feeling less anxious than those who took a placebo If you deal with stress and anxiety: 1. Take deep breath, stretch, and meditate. 2. Try to eat healthy, well balanced meals. 3. Exercise regularly. 4. Get plenty sleep 5. Avoid excessive tobacco, alcohol and substance use.
