Vitamin b12 deficiency
My vitamin b12 levels have come out to be 118 pg/ml and vitamin D which was last year 10nmol/l has now come to 60nmol/l. I feel numbness in legs and fatigue and weakness, loss of appetite at times and acidity. Muscle weakness also in legs. Dry skin and rough hair. Digestion issues also. Feel anxious also during winters at times

Your vit b12 is very low. You would need more evaluation and treatment. And also your symptoms seems like hypothyroidism kindly get TSH, free T3 and T4 Level checked. Follow with reports
