  4. Vitamin b12 deficiency. I should use?

Vitamin b12 deficiency
My vitamin b12 levels are 60 pg/ml. Doctor has periscribed me with neurobion forte 2 ml injection for five days. Can please someone tell me about how to take these injections. Do i have to take these injection twice in a day ? And whats is the dosage that i should use?
