Vitamin b12 deficiency
I have got a blood test for vitamin b12 and my levels are low.I am presently taking zinvovit tablets but my urine turns bright yellow after that.should I stop using them or continue them.for how long should I take them.

When you take vitamin b-12 supplement that urine colour is bit normal If you are not experiencing any itching and werod smell of urine If there is smell and itching then visit a  physician

Hi, kindly consult your near by doctor along with your lab resports. As far as natural sources of b12 are concerned try focussing more on coloured fruits and veggies.
