Vitamin B12 deficiency
I have been feeling off balance since 2 months now while standing and walking. And also feel extremely tired. Got all the blood tests, CT scan, MRI (Brain n Spine) done and all reports came normal except nutritional deficiencies like b12, vitamin D and Iron. I have been taking b12 injections (5 so far) and daily 1 b12 capsule but still the balance problem and fatigue with leg pain is there. I am consulting a neurologist who said that b12 deficiency takes lot of time recover when it affects the nerves. Can anyone pls tell me how much time does it take for the b12 deficiency symptoms to go away?

If you have Neurologic manifestation: can note improvement within 3 months of treatment; however, maximum improvement noticed at 6 to 12 months. If the nervous system manifestation are of short duration ,then recovery is early
