Hi can I take tablet folinine d tabled for b12 deficiency for 3 months countinue? My b12 level is 192 foline tablet contains Docosahexaenoic acid 200 MG+Folic acid 5 MG+Methylcobalamin1500 MCG+Pyridoxine 1.5 MG
