Viral fever and throat infection
I have viral fever from last night and throat infection.
I had paracetamol and Azithromycin 500 of cipla.
Please suggest medication else then these table if needed. Because when I take paracetamol ferver reduces and after sometime again body temperature goes up.

Salt water gargling atleast 3 times a day.
Paracetamol 650 mg 3 times a day after meals.
And take adequate fluids and bed rest.
Viral fever takes 7 days to resolve completely
With above treatment u will get relief in 2-3 days. As of now antibiotics may not do much help but since u have started finish the course.
