Hello doctor I have become so hopeless I sleeps all day and this have happened since 13th Dec I met now my ex bf that day and he forced me to do that thing now I'm concerned about pregnancy and this thing is really giving me anxiety I'm unable to focus on anything plus my ex bf left me on 14th dec and now I'm asking him to take his responsibility but he is ignoring me and giving me hard time and is hurting me plus all My friends didn't even talk to me now I feel so bad I have my exam on 12th Feb and I'm unable to focus since 13 Dec and I didn't study anything at all I'm so disappointed by myself what should I do I have stopped studying from 13 Dec 2021 and I regret meeting now my ex bf he betrayed me what should I do I'm really stressed out
