VERY RAW SKIN AND ITCH

I was paddling in the river a week last wednesday a few hours later I had a tingling sensation by my left ankle. The next day I came out in a red raw rash which constantly itches. Most of the rash is a red circle partner with white/ blue grey center. And the rest is red spots but all very itchy. I've had this itchy rash for 9 days now and it's not getting better. Ive had steroids from the doctor along with antihistamine tabs which are 120mg and 3 different types of creams and nothing
