Hi,
I'm a software professional with very little to no exposure to direct sunlight. My exercise routine is non existent.
I'm having very low count of
Vitamin B12
and
Vitamin D since last 5-6 years. My latest counts for B12 and D are 211 & 11 respectively.
My diet consists of Indian non veg food atleast once a week.
Any suggestions to improve the situation.
