Very High Blood Pressure
I have very High blood pressure. It is 170/110. I have been monitoring it from a week. It flickers around 150/100 and 160/100. But today it was 170/110. I am 21 years old, obese and have a family history of high blood pressure. I have had my blood tests(potassium, sodium, oxygenation, haemoglobin etc) and ECG done and it is normal. I have started to do morning walk and avoid salt from 1 week but it has not had a great effect. My doctor has told me to take telma 40 and amlong after dinner. Should I take these together after dinner. Will these have side effects and make me habitual to them. Any more suggestions please?
