What do you mean by vertigo?is it light headedness or true vertigo where in
the sensation that you, or the environment around you, is moving or spinning. usually due to inner ear issues following upper respiratory tract infection .
The severe form will be associated with sweating and gets worse while moving your head.

BP is bit on a higher side , but not to give rise to vertigo .
