Vaginal Lumps

So this is a little embarrasing but its Christmas eve I'm stuck at work and have no way to go to a hospital and I am a little freaked. So i went to the bathroom and noticed a little bit of blood when I wiped, but it wasn't in my urine so i got a little concerned and deicded to take a look inside.. Well when i did this I had noticed in my vaginal opening I can see what appears to be 3 lumps.. I am not sure if this is normal or not...
