Usually the dressing is removed on post op day 2 and if fine the child is adviced to take a normal bath daily. Gently clean the genital area with water and when dry apply an antibiotic ointment. Don't rub the suture area. The sutures fall off itself in few days and the wound will heal. You can always consult if needed.
