Usg whole abdomen..
Hlo dr, I have done usg whole abdomen.. It found faecal loaded bowel and messentric lymph nodes.. As I have shown doctor they say messentric lymph nodes not required treatment... It is normal or something else.. Plz say... I am worried about this... The report is attach here...

The investigations are normal. A proper clinical  examination may help. You didn't mention why you got your sonography of the whole abdomen done.

How many times  u need answer? U need to consult gynac as positive  finds r there. Duphalac syr10 ml after  till bowel  is clear.

Subcentemetric mesentry nodes are normal finding.. they rarely occur in bowel infection or inflammation and depending on the syntoms .. may or maynot need medications for it

Yes your doctor has given you correct advice. Per se mildly enlarged few mesenteric nodes need no treatment. However as you have PCOD morphology, you should keep your weight in check and should have active lifestyle.
