Don't worry it is curable with life style changes particularly do some yoga ( Surya namaskar,Butterfly posture, pranayam, kapalbhati,and go for walk atleast 30 mins daily,do some easy dumble exercise) eat healthy food include flax seeds, peanut jaggery balls ,for weight ur in lower side no need loose the weight ...pcos is mostly due to eating junk food , irregular sleep pattern ,stress

In the left ovary, there's a small simple cyst as well. Mostly it will not cause any major problem since it's not complex and size is also small. But we need to monitor it's size regularly. Sometimes, size increases during pregnancy because of the hormones.

If you have irregular periods or no periods take TAB DIANE 35 once daily for 21 days in a month, and don't take it for last 7 days,this will cause menstrual bleeding, REPEAT THIS CYCLE FOR 2-3 MONTHS, for normal rhythm.
TAKE TAB OVA LIFE TWICE DAILY ALONG WITH IT.
CHECK SUGAR LEVELS(FBS, 2 HR PPBS) IF VALUE COMES ABOVE NORMAL ADD TABLET METFORMIN 500 MG TWICE DAILY.
