For the left ovary nothing to worry about but in right ovary there are multiple cysts and ovary is bulky, if you are having menstrual irregularities or weight gain or growth of facial hairs then it's time to do some lifestyle modifications and medication as per your consultant.

Hey! Yes, there are polycystic changes in your right ovary. I would be able to better diagnose if you tell me more about your menstrual cycles. In the left ovary, there's a small simple cyst as well. Mostly it will not cause any major problem since it's not complex and size is also small. But we need to monitor it's size regularly. Sometimes, size increases during pregnancy because of the hormones.
Next Steps
Let me know about your menstrual cycles so that we can assist you better.
