My weight is 60kg and height is 5.7
I have discomfort in lower abdomen. No other symptoms.
Whats the reason behind my liver enlargement and these conretions in both kidneys?

As you have fatty changes of liver, you should follow proper diet management avoid Alcohol have less oily and spicy foods less junk food, it will reduce further progress of fatty liver. Need to evaluate as u have fatty liverLft, fasting lipid profile
Are u diabetic?
Avoid alcohol
Bilateral renal concretions so have plenty of fluids
