Use of particular medicine. E" capsule?

Dear doctor, My mother had deficiency of vitamin B12 and blood due to which she was very weak and was loosing her sense . Doctor advised some medicine of vitamin D and b12 injection.. further , she had intolerance of cold water, air and weather ( even fan). Doctor prescribed EASYCOD E capsule for 30 days. Mother is feeling good with "Easycod E" tablet . So doctor advised to take further 30 days , hence situation improved . Here , it is worth to mention that she had dark patches in the tongue which reduced after taking the medicine also the crack of body skeen healed.  My questions are : 1. Can it be take for some more months ? 2. Is there any generic medicine of "EASYCOD E" capsule ? Because it is very difficult to find in store . Dear Doctor , I live in remote area and visiting the doctor is very problematic for my mother , kindly suggest .. Thank u
