I'm going through treatment of hair thinning and hair loss. It's been one month.My doctor suggested me some medicine and serum and minoxidil. I want to ask is it effective to use derma roller before using minoxidil . If yes then suggest me how to use and which needle size is appropriate for getting good results... Thank you
