Urine not stopping and coming by drop

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife is facing some urinal disease, her bladder does not empty quickly she has to seat for 15 mins for urine exit. Also now she is facing problem like urine is dropping while working no control on it.. Need best solution for this
