"I’m here because I’ve noticed some skin changes. On the shaft (lower part) of my penis, there are some reddish marks appearing. They aren't painful, itchy, or burning, but they are visible. Additionally, I’ve noticed small white bumps/spots on the glans (head) of my penis. I haven't experienced any discharge or pain during urination, but I’m concerned about what these marks and spots represent
