Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Could you please suggest if cystoscopy required for below case? Any other suggestions please.
For Male, 72 years:
On medication: Tomsulosin 0.4 and Mira 25 mg
CT whole abdomen report: A well defined ovoid cystic structure seen at the bladder dome at the site of urachal insertion is consistent with a urachal remnant cyst.
No abnormal colonic wall thickening is seen to suggest colitis on this study. No diverticulitis is seen. Urinary bladder is well distended and shows diffuse wall thickening which could be due to cystitis or outlet obstruction.
USG whole abdomen report: • Urinary bladder diverticulum with dependent mobile calcific foci within, suggestive of diverticular calculi. • Mild urinary bladder wall thickening.
Thank you very much.
Regards.

Cystoscopy is advisable in this case.
Reasons: bladder wall thickening + diverticulum with stones + urachal cyst
Need direct visualization to rule out obstruction, chronic cystitis, or malignancy.
